Was wondering when someone was going to get around to video mapping street art. And here we have it. Great combination of two relatively recent artforms coming together to create something fresh and new.
Verbo is a multimedia artist based in Italy. He started with graffiti, graphics and VJing in the 90s. Now he mixes all these media with, and into the street, where he grew up.
Pretty sure this is just the start, be interesting to see how this develops. There's a long and interesting history of VJ's and early pioneering new media artists with Club Culture, Graffiti and more recently Street Art. This is "street art" that really does embrace digital culture beyond just sticking your photo on the internetweb thingy. Digital Street Art is born. Nice.
